Booking & Cancellation Policy

This Booking & Cancellation Policy (“Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “Patient”) and Derma Guys (“Clinic,” “Derma Guys Ltd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of the services provided by Derma Guys, you agree to abide by and comply with the booking and cancellation policy and its terms. Please read this agreement carefully before booking any our services. If you have any objection to the policy then please refrain from using this website.

1. Services Offered

Derma Guys offers a range of aesthetic and cosmetic services, including but not limited to:

Skin treatments
Injectable procedures
Body contouring
Hair restoration
Other cosmetic procedures

1.2. All services are subject to availability, and the Clinic reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

2. Consultation & Consent

2.1. Prior to receiving any treatment, clients are required to undergo a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider or licensed practitioner to discuss treatment options, potential risks, and expected outcomes.

2.2. Clients must provide informed consent for any procedure, acknowledging their understanding of the risks, benefits, and potential complications.

3. Payments & Fees

3.1. We accept the following payment methods:

Debit & Credit Card
Payment on the Day (Cash or Card)
Klarna*

3.2. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of treatment (for the exception of Klarna*).

3.3. The Clinic reserves the right to modify prices and fees without prior notice. Any ongoing treatments may be subject to price adjustments.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

4.1. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you are required to notify Derma Guys, 48 hours or more, of your scheduled appointment. Derma Guys are happy to reschedule your appointment within the first instance.

4.2. If you wish to cancel your appointment and not reschedule, you are required to notify Derma Guys, 72 hours or more, of your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify Derma Guys in the specified time frame, the Client will lose any deposits made at the time of making their booking (for the exception of Klarna*).

4.3. If Derma Guys needs to cancel your appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered. If you wish to receive a refund, Derma Guys will return any payments made (including, if any, booking fees). This will only be where Derma Guys cancels your appointment.

4.4. In exceptional circumstances, where we are unable to reallocate a slot to you in the future, a refund will be given.

4.5. If you fail to notify Derma Guys of a cancellation, or do not turn up to your appointment, Derma Guys will demand that any future appointments are paid in full prior to an appointment taking place. Continued occurrences of “no-show” behaviour may result in Derma Guys refusing to offer you any further appointments or treatments.

4.6. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments can be done by email, telephone or through their bookings & profile via the Derma Guys website.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

5.1. The Clinic will maintain the confidentiality of all client records and information in accordance with Data Protection Laws. Refer to our “Privacy & Cookies Policy” for further information.

5.2. Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information to the Clinic. The clinic cannot be held accountable for false or misleading information provided by the client.

6. Medical History & Eligibility

6.1. Clients must disclose their complete medical history, including any allergies, medical conditions, medications, and previous treatments.

6.2. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients who are not suitable candidates for a particular procedure based on their medical history or other factors.

7. Results & Expectations

7.1. Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service, results of aesthetic procedures may vary among individuals and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Individual results may vary due to age, lifestyle, environmental factors, past medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

8. Aftercare & Follow-Up

8.1. Clients are responsible for following post-treatment instructions provided by the Clinic for proper aftercare and to achieve the best results. Routine review appointments are offered after treatment as a courtesy. A single anti-wrinkle top-up at 2-3 weeks will incur no charge. Similarly, a single nose filler top-up at 2-4 weeks will incur no charge. All other dermal filler treatments will incur a charge if more quantity is needed / wanted.

9. Risks & Complications

9.1. Clients acknowledge that all medical procedures, including aesthetic treatments, carry inherent risks and potential complications.

10.1. If you have any concerns or complaints surrounding the service that you have received, you can contact us directly via: complaints@dermaguys.co.uk. We will aim to respond within 48 hours, although it can take longer on occasion
